6.3.8. STEP 8 : Compute a vertical shock tube

This is the ultimate stage to obtain a 2D code. One has to extend the initial condition treatment as well as the boundary condition one to obtain a 2 code. So, the modifications imply the INITGAZ and LIMGAZ. Moreover, take care about the timestep calculation!

To check the solution, compute the same shock tube problem as the 1D case (by using solref file. The comparison the 1D results in x-direction and the 2D results in the y-direction must be perfect!
